How to Use XpertLigner correctly
First, make sure that you have the current XpertLigner for the upper and lower jaw unpacked and ready. The XpertLigners for the other treatment steps should either still be packed or already stored. Use the XpertLigner in the upper jaw and lower jaw one after the other. To do this, press the XpertLigner lightly over the front teeth and then apply even pressure with your fingertips on the top of the left and right molars until the XpertLigner clicks into place and has a good grip.In order not to damage the XpertLigner, do not bring it into position by biting.

How to remove the XpertLigner correctly
When removing, carefully pull the XpertLigner from your teeth with your fingertips. Start on one side in the molar area and then work your way up to the other side. Do not use any sharp objects as aids and do not apply any excessive force. Keep the XpertLigner in a clean case until you use it again.

How to Maintain XpertLigner properly
To achieve your perfect smile, wear your XpertLigner in your mouth for 20-22 hours a day. For an ideal outcome, you must pay special attention to oral hygiene and care of the XpertLigner. Clean your XpertLigner thoroughly before each use. You can use a soft toothbrush and conventional toothpaste for cleaning, mild toothpaste without granules is best. After cleaning, rinse your XpertLigner with cold or lukewarm water before inserting them again. Intensive cleaning should not be necessary, and the use of denture cleaners, baking soda or other household remedies is not recommended. Never put the XpertLigner in the dishwasher, as this would deform the XpertLigner.
Proper oral hygiene
The XpertLigner aligners are colour-stable and can be kept in the mouth while drinking beverages up to 70°C (158°F). After consuming sugary drinks, we recommend that you rinse your mouth well with water or clean your teeth to prevent tooth decay. Take out the XpertLigner before every meal. After eating, you should clean your teeth thoroughly with a toothbrush and dental floss and only then use the XpertLigner again.
