This is how we are able to use highly modern technology in close collaboration with centers of excellence and research laboratories. Due to our company being located in St. Veit an der Glan, the transport routes and delivery times are short. This protects the environment and creates jobs in the region.

More than 25 years of experience

We look back on more than 25 years of experience in the field of orthodontics and have been producing aesthetic brackets and accessories to sell at wholesale since 2006. Our top priorities are precision and quality. Therefore, we work with carefully selected software and state-of-the-art machines, we measure in micrometers and do not tolerate any room for error. Prior to being packaged and shipped, all of our products have to pass a quality check regarding function and dimensional accuracy.

All products are manufactured in a specifically developed 3D printing process. For the past 5 years, this printer technology has also been used to produce high-quality aligners.

Certified according to EN ISO 13485 and MDD 93/42/EEC CE!

Additionally, the company processes, the products and the quality control are certified according to the high standards of EN ISO 13485 and MDD 93/42/EEC CE. The company has been internationally approved by the FDA, TGA and PAL for materials as well as for the production of medical products.

Our contribution for a better environment

Environmentally friendly production is very important to us.

Our tooth models for the production of XpertLigner are completely biodegradable according to DIN EN ISO 14855. The material used to manufacture the 3D-printed tooth models is also produced in Austria. It can also be processed into raw material and be reused. In general, production is designed to be highly efficient and waste is reduced to a minimum

Thanks to our location in Austria, the transport routes are short, long truck journeys can be avoided, and CO2 emissions are kept low.
